Common questions
Can we take donations on the site?
Yes, on the Grow plan, through your own Stripe account. The money goes directly to your organisation. Stripe charges its own processing fee; SimplePath does not take a cut of donations.
Can volunteers sign up?
Yes. Volunteer and contact forms are built in on every plan and deliver to your email.
We have almost no budget. What does this cost?
Hosting is $9.99 a month on the Launch plan, or $19.99 on Grow if you want donations and member logins. Every site gets a free trial when it is first published, so you can show the board the finished site before spending anything.
Who can update it after the person who built it moves on?
Anybody who can describe a change. That is the point: there is no code to hand over and no agency to keep paying, so the site survives a change of volunteer.
