What counts as an app here
Real ones. A bookkeeping tool with invoices and charts, a members area with a login, an internal calculator, a game. If you can describe the screens and what happens on them, the AI can build it, and it comes with hosting and a domain like any other site.
Where the limits are, said plainly
SimplePath builds the front end plus managed sign-in and a database on the Grow plan, which covers most of what small businesses need. It does not yet run your own server-side code, so if your idea needs a custom backend service, that is the Scale plan and it is not open yet. Better to know now than three days in.
What to actually type
Describe the screens and what happens on them. You do not need technical vocabulary, you need to know what the thing does.
"A tool where my crew logs their hours on their phone. They sign in, pick a job from a list, enter start and finish times. Yes, on the Grow plan. Sign-in, password resets and per-user data are managed for you, each site kept separate from every other, so you are not wiring up authentication yourself.
Can I take payments in the app?
Yes, on the Grow plan, through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you rather than passing through us.
What if I want to change how it works later?
Describe the change. Adding a screen, changing a calculation or restyling the whole thing is a conversation, and every save keeps a restore point you can go back to.
