The brief

Cornerstone Constructors builds custom homes and runs full-scale renovations across North Georgia and the greater Atlanta area. Its founder, Chris Schultz, has more than 30 years in construction, starting in new construction with John Wieland Homes, and has owned and run Cornerstone for 17 of them.

A builder is hired on the strength of finished work and on what past clients say. So the site had three jobs: show the homes, let the clients speak, and turn a serious inquiry into a conversation with Chris. And because new photography arrives after every build, it had to be something the business could keep current without calling anyone.

What SimplePath built

A home page that leads with a finished home and the numbers a buyer checks first: years in the industry, years owner-operated, and the Google star rating. Eight services, from ground-up builds and additions to kitchens, basements and decks. An about page with Chris's background, both state contractor licenses, and the cities and counties Cornerstone serves.

The portfolio is split into New Construction and Remodels, and every project opens its full set of photos (one build alone has 47). Client reviews sit on the home page in the clients' own words. The quote form asks for the project type, a budget that adjusts to the kind of project chosen, a timeline and a location, so each request arrives ready for a real conversation.

Kept current by the business itself

Behind a staff sign-in sits a private admin area. Photos are added to an existing project or start a new one, and large images are resized automatically. Reviews are added the same way, and every quote request is saved in a searchable list, with the addresses that get notified set right there. Changes appear on the live site straight away, with no rebuild and no developer.

The site runs on the company's own domain, cornerstoneconstructors.net, registered and connected through SimplePath, with HTTPS set up automatically.
