The brief

Tech Parachute is a managed service provider in Buford, Georgia, looking after businesses across North Georgia since 2011. The interesting part of this one is where it started. Not with a bad website, and not with no website, but with a perfectly good one. The owner wanted a refresh of what he already had.

He was equally clear about what he did not want the refresh to cost him. Running an MSP means his hours are worth more spent growing the business and looking after the clients who depend on him than spent building a website. He wanted to describe the changes he had in mind and get them back, without the refresh turning into one more project to manage.

That is a harder brief than it sounds. A site that already works sets the floor: the new one has to keep everything that was doing its job and still feel like a clear step forward. And managed IT is a considered purchase, so it also had to answer what buyers actually ask before they pick up the phone. What is included, what does it cost, how fast does someone answer, and what happens the day something breaks.

What the AI built

A complete marketing site: a breakdown of all six services, a comparison of break-fix support against a full-time hire against a managed partner, a four-step engagement process, an industries section, and an insights blog. A separate pricing page sets out three per-user tiers with a full feature matrix, so a visitor can work out their monthly cost before they ever make contact.

One brand runs through every page, in the company's own orange and amber against charcoal, with a light and dark theme the visitor can toggle and statistics that count up as the page scrolls.

The details that usually arrive as a second invoice

The site ships with the parts an agency tends to bill separately: structured data describing the business, its services, its opening hours, and its FAQ, so search engines can read all of it; social preview images on every page; and click-to-call built into the navigation. It runs on the company's own domain, techparachute.com, with HTTPS configured automatically.
