The brief

Joe's Plumbing is a fictional Greater Atlanta family business we built to show what a plumber's website can be when it is done properly. Most plumbing sites are a phone number and a stock photo; the goal here was a site that earns an emergency call at 2am and a routine septic booking alike.

It all came from a plain-English description of the business: a licensed, family-run septic and plumbing outfit, the services it offers, and the way it treats customers. SimplePath designed the brand, wrote the copy, and built every page.

What the AI built

A warm, trust-first multi-page site: a services breakdown covering septic pumping, drain cleaning, water heaters, leak detection and emergency work, an about page, sample reviews, and an FAQ. Booking is front and center, with a service-area list so a customer knows they are covered.

The standout is a "while we drive" emergency help guide: pick what is happening (burst pipe, septic backup, no hot water, clogged drain) and it walks the homeowner through the steps to take until the truck arrives.

More than a brochure

A plumbing site has one job: turn an emergency search into a call, and a routine need into a booking. Joe's Plumbing shows how SimplePath builds the tools that do that, an interactive help guide and an online booking form, from a description.

On the Grow plan, the blog writes and publishes itself on a schedule, so the site keeps earning search traffic without the owner touching it.
